Lightning Liquidity is developed and operated by LIGHTNING PTE. LTD. (Singapore) (the "Company"). The Company's website located at https://www.llkkz.net (the "Website") provides a platform for blockchain-related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. General Provisions

1.1 This User Agreement (the "Agreement") consists of: (i) the main text herein; (ii) the Privacy Policy; and (iii) any rules, statements, notices or guidelines that have been or may hereafter be published on the Website.
1.2 Before using any Services, you must carefully read and fully understand this Agreement. If any provision is unclear, seek independent legal advice. If you disagree with this Agreement or its amendments, immediately cease using the Services and exit the Website. By accessing the Website or using any Services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and its future amendments.
1.3 By providing requested information and completing registration procedures (the "Registration Process"), you may become a registered user ("User"). Clicking "Agree" during registration constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of this Agreement. Using the Services through other methods permitted by the Website likewise constitutes acceptance.
1.4 Upon becoming a User, you will receive an account and password. You shall bear full legal responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
1.5 Only registered Users may use the blockchain-related Services. Unregistered visitors may only browse publicly available content.
1.6 By registering or using any Services, you represent and warrant that:
   (a) You accept and will comply with all terms of this Agreement;
   (b) You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority under applicable law) and possess full legal capacity to enter into and perform this Agreement;
   (c) All registration information provided is true, accurate, and complete;
   (d) You will comply with all governing laws and regulations applicable to you;
   (e) You shall not engage in any conduct that may harm the interests of the Website, LIGHTNING, or the Lightning Liquidity services.

2. Amendments

2.1 The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at its sole discretion by posting revised terms on the Website (an "Announcement"). Amendments take effect immediately upon publication. You are responsible for regularly reviewing updates. Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

3. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

3.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
3.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in Singapore under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules.

4. Minor Users

4.1 If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain verifiable parental consent and provide proof thereof before using any Services.
