Q1.How is my account security protected?

A dual-layer protection system is implemented to ensure the safety of your funds.
First, Lightning Liquidity includes multiple security modules designed to defend against a wide range of attacks and arbitrage strategies.
Second, an alert system is in place to continuously monitor trading activity according to your custom settings. If any abnormal behavior is detected, all trading bots are automatically stopped to help prevent potential losses.

Q2.Can I link multiple exchange accounts to Lightning Liquidity?

Yes. Lightning Liquidity currently supports integration with over 60 exchanges. Multiple exchange trading accounts can be linked to a single Lightning Liquidity account, allowing for unified and efficient multi-account management.

Q3.How can I check my profit and loss (P&L)?

Your daily P&L is automatically calculated based on account balance snapshots taken at midnight (local time). You can view these records in the [Assets Report] section—simply select your date to see account balances and changes, and export records for further analysis.

Q4.What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page to reset it. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email to set a new password.
